Im a senior in high school and plan on going to a community college for 2 yrs.and then 2yrs. at a university and major in bussiness administraion. I think while Im doing that I should intern for a big real estate place like Remax or something because I would like to learn the different areas of real estate like being an agent or flipping houses.I don’t know if I should go to Real Estate school after college or what.Any suggestions on what I should do?

I’m interested to go into real estate I’m from Canada. I would like to know if anyone had tried to buy a 0 down payment. How did you actually do the no zero down payment..Does this really exist? can anyone give me how to start? I’ve done a lot of reading, seminars and you name it i have it..I acutally lost a lot of money. trying to buy an eleven room property in Kitchener..too much to mention but if there’s anyone who could give me a better way how to go into no zero down, thanks..

Currently I am a mortgage loan underwriter for a huge financial institution. I want to maybe become a real estate agent. My aunt is making killer money. Now is there any way not to take the class and take the test since I already know a lot of real estate? Or what exactly is the whole process to make this career change?

I haven’t sold a house for a while so maybe it’s just the market. My agent is pushing pushing to get us to finish the house to get people in. The sign has only been up a few days and I told him from day 1 that I need to get some stuff done! He called me today to ask me if I had repainted all the rooms (they are all pink) and I told him, I work full time- I need the weekend. I feel like I am under a lot of pressure to get it done fast. And he wants us to move our bedroom into another room so it looks better… and just a ton of stuff… like packing everything up that is personal. Is he trying to help me by getting it out on the market before prices drop again and before Christmas? Or is he desperate for a sale? I want to sell but I don’t want to kill myself doing it. We are settling on a house in NJ in a couple of weeks. My NJ agent recommend him and she told me to meet with him because she is afraid we will be stuck with 2 house for a long time- like 6-8 months which I do not want! LOL- yes my living room is candy pink and my bedroom is Hot Pink…. everything is pink! I LOVE PINK. My kitchen is painted yellow and all my applicance are pink! The guy said it looks like Barbie lives here- paint it all TAN. I don’t mind doing everything he is asking but I need more then a week! Well, I contact him because I need advice on the pink rooms and what to do. I had no intention of listing the house until everything was done but he thinks the faster we do it the better. I am just saying- the guy acts like I don’t work too… I can’t fix everything he gave me to fix in a week. AND I AM KILLING MYSELF GETTING ALL THIS DONE AND HE JUST ADDED MORE. I HAVEN’T SLEEP MORE THEN 5 HOURS THIS WHOLE WEEK!

I’m looking for large databases of address-specific sale amounts and dates for both residental and commercial properties. Preferably, the data is in a spreadsheet or other format that can be electronically sorted or manipulated. I’m not averse to paying a modest amount for the data. Can I get multiple states from your source? How about markets outside of the USA?
